BREAKING: Police have made an arrest
West Yorkshire Police were called out to the car park of the Broadway Hotel on Dewsbury Road in Beeston at 5.30pm on Tuesday to reports of an assault. The pub was pictured with police cordons outside yesterday, guarded by officers.
A man sustained serious injuries to his leg and face. He was taken to hospital - his injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.Police later arrested a 40-year-old man on suspicion of wounding with intent. He remains in custody at the time of writing. West Yorkshire Police are continuing enquiries into the incident, which is thought to have involved several people. Anyone who may have information is asked to contact police on 101, using crime reference number 13230228926.
