A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into a former Glasgow funeral directors.

A 56-year-old man was arrested and released pending further enquiries amid a major investigation into funeral directors in Glasgow and Dumbarton. A 55-year-old woman was also previously arrested in connection and later released pending further enquiry. A statement from the force reads: "A man has been arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into a former funeral directors in the Glasgow and Dumbarton areas.The investigation continues and officers ask anyone with information to contact them through 101 quoting reference 1289 of 2 May, or use the dedicated email address - Operationkoine@scotland.police.
