Two people were killed on an Ogden roadway after heavy equipment that was being hauled by a tow truck dislodged and was sent into their SUV. is facing charges of manslaughter, aggravated assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and obstruction of justice.
Richard’s wife and his two other children sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Their fourth child was reportedly traveling overseas at the time of the incident and was not involved.
