Witnesses reported that Chandler then retrieved pepper spray and a knife from his bag. He allegedly sprayed three individuals with pepper spray multiple times and brandished the knife, causing panic among customers and employees.During the altercation, Chandler reportedly swung a wet floor sign at an employee's head and accidentally cut his own hand with the knife he was wielding.
