A man previously convicted of possessing child pornography has been arrested for investigation of a crime that became a law this year.

SOUTH SALT LAKE —

Joshua Tyszko, 42, was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of possession of a child sex doll. A South Salt Lake police officer served a warrant on Tyszko's residence on Tuesday near 3200 South and 400 East. "During the search, a child sex doll was located in Joshua Tyszko's bedroom. The child sex doll was anatomically correct and with features that resemble a minor. ... The doll was intended for use in sex acts," a police booking affidavit states.
