Police said the suspect shot the victim after an argument in the 4100 block of North Central ExpresswayA man was arrested and is facing a murder charge following a fatal shooting in Old East Dallas not far from Uptown on Sunday morning, officials said.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 10:10 a.m. Sunday in the 4100 block of North Central Expressway where they found a man shot in a breezeway. He was declared dead at the scene by Dallas Fire-Rescue, police said.Police arrested Davondrick Ross, 23, in connection with the shooting and said an investigation indicated Ross got into an argument with the victim and shot him. Dallas police has not released the victim’s name, pending notification of next of kin.
