Omar Shirkhan, 20, is in custody facing multiple felony charges, including rape and unlawful intercourse with a minor, after allegedly contacting a girl online, posing as a 15-year-old, and assaulting her in a parked vehicle.
Omar Shirkhan, 20, entered remains in custody at the Marin County Jail, where his bail amount is set at $500,000. His public defender, Dominik Taylor, declined to comment after the court hearing.
