An Illinois man traveling to California was arrested in Utah after police discovered 101 pounds of methamphetamine in his vehicle. Carlos Guadalupe Navarro Ornelas, 37, was booked into the Juab County Jail for investigation of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
