Another person suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a shooting that took place in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street on Saturday night.
A man has been arrested following a shooting Saturday evening in Swatara Township that killed one person and injured another, police said.
Swatara Township police said Sunday morning that they have arrested Francisco Hernandez-Hernandez, 26, of the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street. He was charged with murder, reckless endangering another person and a person not to possess a firearm.Hernandez-Hernandez is accused of killing Josue Saez, 39, who also resided in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street. Police arrived just after 10:30 p.m.
Swatara Township Detectives, the Dauphin County Forensics Unit and the District Attorney’s office are handling the investigation.
