The driver was identified as Cesar Carranza, 24. Officers said they noticed a strong smell of burnt marijuana and found a gun in his glove box.MORE on DRUG BUST:"Because Carranza is currently on probation for a prior domestic violence conviction, he is prohibited from being in possession of a firearm," the police department said.
