A man in Pennsylvania was arrested after authorities found his mother 'fused' to her bed, covered in dried feces and maggots. The man has been charged with abuse and reckless endangerment.

When police arrived at the home, they said they knocked and rang the doorbell numerous times with no answer and could see a large amount of trash on the floor with flies on the windows through the rear sliding glass door. Once inside the home, police noticed a "foul odor" and came into contact with Klein who said his mother was sleeping, according to the statement. After escorting officers to her room, police said they "observed Klein's mother lying in the bed with a blanket on her, unconscious and breathing."
