CLEVELAND, Ohio - The man taken into custody Thursday after barricading himself inside a Slavic Village home for hours, is charged with attempted murder .Clark pleaded not guilty to the charges of attempted murder , felonious assault, and having weapons under disability.
The judge ordered him held on a $1 million bond. Cleveland police and SWAT officers responded to the home in the 3000 block of Nursery Ave. early Thursday morning after a woman reported she was assaulted multiple times by Clark.During the tense standoff, the SWAT team used a battering-ram to punch holes in the door and fired what appeared to be tear gas into the home. The woman, whose name has not been released, was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
