Armed police attend incident at flat in Arbroath
A 28-year-old man has been arrested after armed police were called to an incident at a flat in Arbroath.Keptie Street and the the nearby junction were been cordoned off. The college is closed on a Sunday.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "There was no threat to the wider public during this incident. No-one was injured."
