Deputies with the Scioto County Sheriff's Office have arrested a man accused of stealing multiple vehicles on Tuesday.
While en route to respond, a second 911 call came in saying the stolen truck had been crashed on Hayport Road. Deputies went there and found that a driver had stopped to help after the truck crashed, and the suspect left with the driver's vehicle. The second stolen vehicle broke down on County Road 1 in Lawrence County, and the suspect, identified as 41-year-old Johnny Lewis surrendered to law enforcement.
