AUSTIN, Texas — A man convicted of multiple felonies is back in Travis County Jail on several new charges.
According to an affidavit obtained by KVUE, Austin police were called out to a home on Buckingham Place after reports that a man was pointing a gun at people and that family members were fighting for the gun. The caller also told police that the man showed them a badge. Lucas allegedly pointed the gun at the family, including their infant son, when someone called for help from police. According to the affidavit, Lucas then said,"I am the police" and pulled out a badge.
