A man was arrested after officials said he brandished a gun to another driver who he said he was "road raging" with.
Jeffrey Stout, 58, was driving northbound on I-15 at mile post 40 on Saturday morning when he was pulled over by Utah Highway Patrol. The other driver involved in the incident had called deputies when he saw Stout reportedly point a weapon in the air above his center console area. The gun has since been booked into evidence.
According to a probable cause statement, Stout said repeatedly that he did this "to protect himself."
