The final day in the preliminary hearing for a man accused of killing two three-year-old boys in Eagle Mountain concluded in a courtroom in Provo. Kent Cody Barlow is charged with two counts of first-degree felony murder in the deaths of Hunter Jackson and Odin Ratliff. Barlow was high on methamphetamine and driving over 120 mph when he struck the children who were playing at Cedar Valley Stables. Barlow appeared online from prison following motions by his defense team to not show him in jail clothing and shackles.
