In a plea deal, Tuttle's guilty plea to first degree murder dropped the other charges against him for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated child abuse, obstructing justice and intoxication.Man beaten to death with can of soup during argument in Emery County home Officials said the 14-year-old ran to an Ace Hardware store and called the sheriff's office, telling deputies he believed Tuttle killed Clark.
