Police Scotland provided an update this afternoon following last week's tragic incident.
A man has been charged in connection with the death of bus driver Gordon Stirling on the A77 in East Ayrshire.
Two passengers, a 68-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man, were transferred by ambulance to Crosshouse Hospital, Kilmarnock, as a precaution but later discharged.
