Man to appear in court charged with murders of three men in park 'terror attack' following Reading stabbings
THE man accused of murdering three pals in a Reading park "terror attack" shouted "Allahu Akbar" as he stabbed them, a court heard today.
Wearing a grey, prison-issue tracksuit and blue facemask, he stood in the dock to confirm his name, date of birth and that he lived in Reading. Saadallah, of Basingstoke Road, Reading, did not enter pleas to three charges of murder and three of attempted murder during a hearing lasting less than 10 minutes.
Mr Furlong's family released a new tribute last week thanking those who had rushed to help the three men in the aftermath of the attack. The family of Mr Ritchie-Bennett said: "We LOVED Joe so much and we are in such deep sorrow. We need all the prayers for Joe and the Ritchie and Bennett families."
