Zimbabwean left-back Divine Xolile Lunga is returning to former club Golden Arrows on loan for the new season as Mamelodi Sundowns shake up their foreign quota allocation.

If Sundowns don’t succeed with their PR applications for Gaston Sirino as of January, then Lunga will remain at Arrows until the end of the season.The deal to move to Arrows has been agreed upon in principle for now and allows Lunga to continue receiving regular game-time back in Durban.The left-back's five-year contract which he signed upon joining Sundowns at the beginning of last season will remain unchanged which has also influenced the deal.
