Mamabolo: e-tolls are not working eNCA
Cosatu in Gauteng has called on residents and workers to ignore e-toll bills. However, Transport Minister Fikile Mbalula has come out saying e-tolls are here to stay, for now. He reiterated that roads must be maintained, and this costs money, so, the e-toll system can't be scrapped.
