Disbarred advocate Malesela Teffo's contemptuous behaviour is more egregious and unrelenting than that of former president Jacob Zuma, who was jailed for contempt of court.
These are the remarks by the Legal Practice Council in their urgent application for contempt of court proceedings against Teffo, who is seemingly in contempt for continuing practising as an advocate, despite being disbarred.
