Shortly before 3 p.m., a 9-1-1 caller reported a male caught in a rip tide. San Luis Obispo County firefighters then responded to the Oceano Dunes for a surf rescue. Responders pulled the victim from the water and immediately started CPR.

Rip tides are only in a small area of water 20-50 feet wide. But can stretch 100 yards from the shore to past the waves. When people gets caught they react to swim to shore when the tide pulls them out. Long struggle. If you are ever caught in a rip tide-swim parallel to the shore. You will swim out of it quickly in to calmer water.WE THE PEOPLE, in the current vast majority, will be laughing coast to coast at you anti-American know nothings that are funded by foreign based commie agitators.
