Malala Yousafzai describes Taylor Swift Eras concert as ‘magical’
She grew up in a country where pop music was banned so Malala Yousafzai was in raptures after attending a Taylor Swift concert in London recently.
“It feels magical that my first ever proper concert would be to see Taylor Swift, singing along to every song surrounded by friends," she wrote. The Pakastani activist enjoyed the show with her husband of two-and-a-half years, Asser Malik. “Having lived through a time where music and art were banned, music felt like a gift,” she wrote, recalling her childhood years in Pakistan when the Taliban took over her town, Swat Valley.
