' Meanwhile, the suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.Kristine has been seen to affect nearly the entire Luzon and Visayas, as well as parts of Mindanao.The state weather bureau raised a storm surge warning for the coastal areas of Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Northern Quezon including Polillo, Catanduanes, and Eastern Camarines Sur.
