Because I’m very much on the do-ahead train, this year I developed a stuffing recipe that requires as little day-of labor as I could manage—without sacrificing on taste. Mostcan be made at least partially in advance: often assembled the day before and then baked off twice on Thanksgiving Day. This recipe leans even more heavily on the day before, which is great for a few reasons.
