Kaizer Chiefs have seemingly decided on Nasreddine Nabi as their preferred coaching target and have taken a big step to convincing him to sign
There have been a lot of twists and turns in the process, with many coaches linked to the Chiefs job. Furthermore, there have been a lot of mentors who were deemed as favourites for the post. Over the last couple of monthsBut at this point it was still believed that Mosimane and Nabi were unattainable for one reason or another. The month of May seems to have changed all of that, with both coaches then becoming prominently linked with Chiefs again.
That has since widely opened the doors for Nabi, who stronger links emerged out of nowhere for, last week. Later on Monday, multiple reports starting coming out that Chiefs were indeed communicating with the Tunisian mentor.
If Chiefs are going all the way to Morocco to convince Nabi, it means they’re surely convinced he is the one. Will he be the one they unveil at the start of next season though.
