All weekend long Texas Department of Transportation will be shutting down both directions on the main lanes of Loop 1604 at the intersection with I-10. This stretches between La Cantera Parkway and Vance Jackson. The frontage road will remain open. Meanwhile, on I-10 the opposite is true. Main lanes remain open through the weekend, while the frontage road will be closed. It will open back up 5 a.m. Monday morning at which point Loop 1604 eastbound to westbound U-turn will be closed.
