After Agatha All Along episode 5, the MCU now has the perfect way to explain a mystery that first arose in 2022's Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Following on from the events of WandaVision, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness marked Wanda Maximoff's transition into a bona fide villain, as she hunted down America Chavez in hopes of stealing her universe-jumping power.
Wiccan Made A Brief Appearance In Doctor Strange 2 Julian Hilliard Played Wiccan In Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness Julian Hilliard first appeared as the Scarlet Witch's son, Billy Maximoff, in WandaVision, and reprised the role to portray Billy's variant on Earth-838 in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Now that Joe Locke has been revealed to be playing Wiccan in the MCU, it seems very likely that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' mystery can finally be addressed. It has been implied that Wiccan is a key part of the Scarlet Witch's prophecy, and he was evidently held in high regard by Chthon and the followers of the Darkhold.
