Maintaining cleanliness and cheerfulness must be practised at all times, especially in areas where people are concentrated such as towns and villages. Nabawan Assemblyman Datuk Abdul Ghani said the cleanliness of an area shows the cooperation and unity of its community. In addition, he said, it could also protect the local community from the dangers of mosquito-borne diseases such as dengue.
