Langkawi MP Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad speaks at the Bersatu party headquarters today. - Bernama: I am still the Bersatu chairman and we want to sack the party’s president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yasin through the proper channels, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad says.

“It is shocking that the secretary-general can sack the chairman. The party’s constitution does not give him that power,“ he said in a live video posted on his Facebook page. “Hence, they had violated the party’s constitution, causing their membership to be automatically nullified,“ Hamzah said.
