Magno was among those who took their oath of office before President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., along with other executive officials from the national government agencies held at the Heroes Hall of Malacañan Palace on August 31, 2023.
CORDS designation in regions aims to harmonize the functions and contributions of the Regional Development Council and the Regional Peace and Order Council , among others. Marcos also presided over the 2nd NTF-ELCAC Executive Committee Meeting where it was discussed to include 11 other government agencies in the executive committee, bringing the total number of regular members to 32 from the current 21 member agencies.
