LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles Fire Department completed a citywide survey of critical infrastructure in rapid fashion Tuesday night after a magnitude-5.2 earthquake centered in Central California shook parts of Southern California.The quake struck at 9:09 p.m. and was centered about 18.5 miles southwest of Bakersfield , according to the U.S. Geological Survey.The epicenter is about 89 miles north of downtown LA.
