A 3.0 quake hit one minute later, and a 1.9 quake was recorded in the unincorporated area of Lakeland Village near Lake Elsinore at 9:56 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.A 4.0 earthquake is capable of causing only very minor damage in most cases.No significant damage was reported after any of them.
