A man was arrested for reported aggravated child abuse against his roommate's children, and the mother of the children was subsequently arrested for not reporting the abuse sooner.
When police arrived, court documents said Sorensen told police that North had "physically and emotionally abused her children for the past five and a half years."North admitted to the abuse, court documents said.
