One couple certainly had the time of their lives at a performance of Dirty Dancing in Blackpool. Mark Sterling pulled off an epic surprise proposal on stage when he asked his new fiancée Leigh-ann Hudson to marry him.
Actor Michael O'Reilly, who plays Johnny, the role made famous by Patrick Swayze in the original 80s movie, was on hand to pass Mark the ring as he went down on one knee. She wrote, accompanied by two love heart emojis: "Thank you to all your staff, dirty dancing and all watching. You truly made it magical for us both. You couldn’t have done more for us. All the extra little touches you did for us made it a night to remember. Couldn’t have been more perfect."
