Detectives of SAPS Magaliesburg arrested four suspects, aged between 18 and 31, at Rietpoort squatter camp on Thursday, 19 January 2023 following a housebreaking and theft incident that took place earlier this week on a farm in the area. The team of detectives reportedly operationalised information they obtained on the whereabouts of the suspects and proceeded to the identified address.

Upon their arrival at the said address the detectives conducted a search which led to the recovery of presumed stolen property allegedly taken by the suspects during the commission of the crime.
