Comello had scribbled “MAGA Forever” and “United We Stand MAGA” on his left palm.
The man — who allegedly murdered a Staten Island mob boss from the Gambino crime family — on Monday flashed slogans in support of President Donald Trump written on his hand to journalists during a court appearance.
When reporters asked Brian Neary, Comello’s lawyer, what was on his client’s hand, he declined to comment. Neary also refused to comment on whether Comello maintains his innocence, instead, referring reporters to his client’s Manhattan lawyer, Robert Gottlieb. Although Shea declined to detail how authorities linked Comello to the murder, he did say that the suspect “has crossed paths in some limited circumstances with the NYPD.”
