Madonna performs during the rally at the Women's March on Washington on Jan. 21, 2017 in Washington, DC., honors humans as they rise about adversity. The songstress, no stranger to protest herself, partnered with TIME Studios to create a video that embodies the spirit of resiliance.
The Peter Matkiwsky-directed video inspired by the song, released on Wednesday , weaves together footage of Parkland shooting survivors, LGBTQ supporters, women's rights protesters, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman’s testimony about sexual abuse and countless other social justice movements. No one can hurt you now unless you want them to," Madonna belts as the powerful protest images flash across the screen. Watch the full video below.
