Made Cleveland will focus on local makers, aiming to feature about 100 small businesses when it opens its Coventry storefront on June 1.
. The experience led to a more permanent space for a collective of Cleveland artists and makers with its new home launching in the same building, according to a press release.
The shop will feature Free Period Press, Sweet Bean, Botanixx, Home Pantry, Pope’s and Bettys BBQ Sauce, according to a press release. Beyond the shopping opportunities, Made Cleveland will also host glass blowing demonstrations and concerts, along with sip-and-shop events. “Much like people love to shop in different ways, artists and artisans love to sell in different ways. So creating a dynamic experience including online and in-person options for everyone was really important for us,” O’Connor said in a press release. “Opening our first permanent brick and mortar shopping experience in the heart of Coventry Village just makes sense.
