Vans is celebrating the five-year anniversary of Mac Miller’s ‘Swimming’ album with a special collaboration honoring the late rapper.

, an organization founded after Miller’s death in 2018 that provides young musicians with grants and other resources.For the collaboration, Vans flipped its classic Old Skool shoe in honor of Miller. The black sneaker has a yin and yang symbol and “Swimming by Mac Miller” written on the front. The sold of the shoe pays deeper homage to Miller with “1992 to ∞” for his birth year along with an infinity sign.
The shoe box channels aquatic vibes with an ombre colorway, “Swimming Mac Miller” written on the front and the Vans logo on the top. The Pittsburgh native, whose birth name was Malcolm McCormick, passed away from an accidental overdose in September 2018.his fifth and final studio album was released just over a month before his death.
