The former Orlando Pirates midfielder was sold to Swallows FC by the KwaZulu-Natal side without his knowledge as part of a deal that saw midfielder Khethukuthula Ndlovu move in the opposite direction.
Mabena later won his case as Royal AM was ordered by the DRC to pay the outstanding fees while declaring his sale to Swallows null and void."He didn't receive his salary last month after refusing to sign with Swallows."The boy has bills to pay.
