Two lanes have been shut off
on the westbound side of the motorway between junction 22 for Rishworth Moor and junction 21 near Rochdale. A car 'came to rest on its roof' after being involved in a crash, National Highways said.In a post on X, National Highways said: "2 lanes are closed on the #M62 westbound between J22 #Denshaw and J21 #Rochdale for a collision involving a car that has come to rest on its roof.
"Delays of 45 minutes and approx. 5 miles of congestion on approach to the incident, stretching back to J23 for #Huddersfield.
