Cottam Parkway back on track after wrangle over landMotorists are still experiencing long delays as police re-opened the M6 to the north of Preston.Lancashire Police say the motorway has now re-opened and a 36-year-old Preston man has been arrested as part of an investigation into a stolen vehicle.National Highways North West say the motorway southbound between Junction 34 for Lancaster and Junction 33 at Garstang has 45-minutes of delays due to a broken down vehicle.

Normal traffic conditions are not expected on the stretch of the M6 to the north of Preston until around 5.30pm on Saturday .
