En otro caso de su expediente, Rusia ha ignorado hasta ahora una orden judicial de 2022 para detener su invasión a gran escala de Ucrania.. La solicitud de alto el fuego forma parte de un caso presentado a finales del año pasado por Sudáfrica acusando a Israel de cometer genocidio durante su campaña en Gaza.
