A TikTok user has revealed that shopping for groceries at Marks and Spencer could work out cheaper than shopping at budget stores such as Asda and Aldi.
A loaf of thick bread cost just 70p while mushrooms had come in at 90p and chicken drumsticks were priced at just £1.20. She'd also purchased kitchen wipes, tomato sauce and microwave rice, with her shopping coming to a grand total of £13.85. "What I love is the M&S quality at a reasonable price," one person said, as another added: "M & S r cheaper than ppl think and u just proved it!"
