Lyft has signed up to pay Amazon Web Services at least $80 million per year for the next three years, totaling at least $300 million.
div > div.group > p:first-child"> In the ride-hailing company's IPO prospectus filed on Friday, Lyft said it has a commitment to spend at least $300 million on Amazon Web Services over three years — from the beginning of 2019 through 2021. The company must spend at least $80 million in each of those years on AWS services, the filing said.
Earlier this week, AWS put out a press release highlighting Lyft's heavy adoption of its cloud services.
