A visit to Touchstone Homes’ parade home at 334 Taube Green in Brighton reveals the builder’s attention to detail. The attractive fireplace is enhanced by a sleek porcelain tile surround while classic custom mouldings grace the walls. The Capstone’s open concept main floor is an ideal space for entertaining, beginning with the welcoming large foyer. Adjacent to the front entry is a convenient home office, closed off by an attractive frosted glass sliding barn door.
“It’s an electric fireplace that closely resembles a traditional gas-burning fireplace. It’s not the modern linear style that you see in most new homes,” says Selby. A sleek porcelain tile surround and custom wall mouldings complement the fireplace design. Touchstone Homes turned up the glamour in the ensuite of its new parade home at 334 Taube Green in Brighton. Luxury touches include a custom tile shower, a stand-alone soaker tub, an extended dual vanity with an integrated makeup desk and a private water closet. The two secondary bedrooms are bright and generously-sized, situated next to a four-piece bathroom and a large laundry room with oodles of storage.
Touchstone builds to a variety of price points and sizes, as demonstrated by the builder’s second show home located just around the corner from the parade home, at 302 Aniskotaw Bend. Owners Denise Selby, David Selby and Emily Birchfield have 30 years of collective experience in residential construction and each brings a unique perspective to the company.
