Would YOU scan your bath bomb before buying it? 🛀

If you’ve missed the smell of soapy goodness wafting out of Lush doors, you’re in luck. The retailer has confirmed it will be reopening 88 of its 89 stores nationwide from 15 June, after being closed for over two months.

Known for its intimate approach to retail, Lush will no longer be carrying out product demonstrations, offering free hand massages, or sending employees out on the shop floor. But it’s not all doom and gloom. In replacement of the usual product demonstrations and hands-on staff , the bath and body retailer will be pushing its Lush Labs app. Shoppers can use this smart technology on iPhone or android to scan products while in store to get useful information and product demos.
